Poster Details
Posters will be hung on moveable poster boards. To ensure space for all posters, we kindly request that poster sizes be no larger than 36″ by 48″. If you don’t have access to a poster printer, please contact Evan Dethier (edethier@colby.edu) before April 4th to ensure we can get your poster printed in time.
Please plan to hang your posters by 12:45pm. Posters will be up for the duration of the meeting and there will be dedicated time for participants to visit with poster presenters.
Student posters are eligible for the Walter A. Anderson Best Student Poster Prize.

Oral Presentation Details
If you prefer to share your work via an oral presentation, terrific! We will have a Mac computer and projector available; if you’d like to use your own computer, you can do so. We recommend using PowerPoint, as this software offers live auto-captioning, which helps to make presentations more accessible to all participants.
Student oral presentations are eligible for the Walter A. Anderson Best Student Speaker Prize.
